Policy

  • Cancellation Policy: A 24-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows us to offer the slot to another client.


  • Booking Requirements: To book an appointment, you must have a card on hold in your profile or leave a non-refundable deposit. If you reschedule in accordance with the cancellation policy, your deposit may be applied to a future appointment within 30 days from the original date. Once reschedule is allowed you can not reschedule your session more than once, or an additional fee of $50 will be required for rebooking.


  • Late Cancellations: If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice, you will be charged $50 of the scheduled service.


  • No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This amount must be paid prior to rebooking.

Master Classes: The student agrees to pay a non-refundable and non-transferable deposit of $1,000 for PMU class or $500 for Eyelash Extension class to secure a seat for the course. If the student does not attend, they forfeit the deposit as liquidated damages for the company's loss of the opportunity to fill the seat.
